The Pennsylvania Training Partnership

You are enrolled in an Intellectual Disability (ID) Waiver—good for you! What's next?

In this training, learn:

the difference between Person/Family Support(PFDS) and the Consolidated Waiver about using person-centered thinking to address assessed needs
how the ISP process works
why outcome statements are critical
definitions and availability of services and supports
what your rights are in the waiver

Registration deadline: the Monday prior to each session.

TIME: Sessions begin at 6 PM.

When registering, ask about:

1. ACCOMMODATIONS

2. ALTERNATE FORMATS (request 2-3 weeks before session)

3. REIMBURSEMENT (mileage, tolls, parking and childcare expenses may be covered)

4. CREDITS (Act 48 - $10 processing fee)

All training participants receive The Gold Book—Understanding the Office of Developmental Programs in Pennsylvania: Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Services—revised and updated.
